Terms of Service

100for100 provides structured learning paths, diagnostic assessments, and reward mechanics for students in grades K–12. The platform covers Reading, Math, Science, and Language subjects, delivering adaptive content that guides students toward verified mastery. When a student achieves 100% on a mastery assessment, they earn a $100 reward funded by their parent or guardian.

100for100 offers monthly and annual billing options across the following pricing tiers:

• Core: $125/month per subject. Includes structured learning path, diagnostics, and reward eligibility for a single subject.
• Plus: $500/month for all subjects. Full access to Reading, Math, Science, and Language with reward eligibility across all.
• Max: $1,000/month for all subjects plus 1-on-1 coaching. Includes dedicated tutor sessions and priority support.

Billing begins after the free diagnostic assessment is completed and you select a plan. Annual billing offers a discount and is billed as a single payment at the start of the subscription period.

The $100 reward for each mastery milestone is funded by the parent or guardian as part of the subscription. Reward mechanics work as follows:

• Upon verified 100% mastery on a grade-level subject assessment, the child earns a $100 reward.
• Rewards are processed and delivered through gift card providers selected during account setup (e.g., Amazon, Roblox, Target, Visa Prepaid).
• Parents choose which reward options are available to their child during onboarding and may update selections at any time.
• Reward delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of verified mastery confirmation.
• 100for100 is not a prize or sweepstakes program. Rewards are funded entirely by the subscribing parent.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation:

• Access to the platform continues through the end of your current billing period.
• Any rewards earned but not yet delivered before cancellation will still be fulfilled.
• Progress data is retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, allowing you to reactivate without losing progress.
• After 30 days, you may request permanent data deletion per our Privacy Policy.

Mastery assessments that trigger reward payouts may be proctored to ensure integrity:

• Platform-verified mode: Assessment sessions are monitored to confirm the registered student is completing the work independently. Results are verified and may be shared with schools if the parent opts in.
• Parent-trusted mode: Parents may opt into an honor-system approach where assessment sessions are not monitored. Results are private to the family.
• The platform does not store raw proctoring evidence (e.g., video or audio recordings). Only a pass/fail integrity signal is retained.
• Parents may switch between verification modes at any time through account settings.

By using 100for100, you agree not to:

• Cheat on assessments, including using unauthorized aids, having another person complete assessments, or using automated tools to generate answers.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access a student's account.
• Manipulate or game the reward system, including creating duplicate accounts, exploiting technical errors, or misrepresenting a student's grade level.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate educational use as intended.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending rewards, or permanent termination of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100for100 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to 100for100 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to the address associated with your account.
• Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
