What if my child scores 90% but not 100%?+
A 90-99% means real mastery on the path. Your child advances. But they can also choose an optional retry: targeted practice on exactly the items they missed, then retake for the $100. The retry is always available, never forced.
Why does it start below grade level?+
Most students carry gaps from earlier grades that block progress in their current grade. Placement finds the real starting point. The $100 reward makes foundational work feel worthwhile instead of embarrassing. An 8th grader who masters 5th grade foundations earns $100 and removes the bottleneck.
How long does it take to earn the first $100?+
